As in Borneo, our aim is to become a centre of excellence for permaculture development and this is achieved by providing ongoing training to the community and our volunteers.  At Beng Mealea we have several hectares of land which we intend to turn into a “Jungle Garden”, growing a wide and diverse crop and experimenting with new ideas and concepts, which could help the local community improve food production, especially during challenging seasonal weather.
